✨Distance Reiki with Ashleigh✨ Whether you are a seasoned spiritual guru looking to be supported in your energetic body, or a Reiki-curious newcomer who wants to experience the relaxation, stress-relief, and nervous system support that this gentle practice can offer, I would be honored to hold the space and share this universal life force energy with you. ✨Why Reiki?✨ Gentle, subtle nervous system support from the comfort of your home (or car or office) Individualized, intuitive session based on your particular needs Non-invasive and complementary to any other treatments or therapies ✨Reiki Healing Session Details✨ Please allow up to 60 minutes. Each session will begin with reviewing your intake form and needs, and end with the opportunity to debrief anything that may have come up for you during your session This is a Distance Reiki session hosted live through Google Meet. While not strictly necessary, I recommend choosing a time and space where you can fully relax and receive without interruption, and where you can recline or lie down. Reiki works regardless, but I want YOU to have the space to get what you need most from our session! ✨Important Disclaimers✨ Reiki is a simple, gentle energy technique that can be administered with or without touch, and can be used for stress reduction, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care you may be receiving, but does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that you see a licensed physician or health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have.

✨Daily Commitments to Honor Thyself✨ If you are anything like me (and if you are here, I assume that you are!) - you've struggled to build the daily habits that you know are good for your mind, your body, and your spirit. Last year I began tracking the things that felt the most transformative, the most valuable, and the most impactful in my daily life. I began to look at these choices, and compiled them into a list of Daily Commitments to Myself. Shifting my perspective from "things I really should be doing" to "things I am committing to for my wellbeing" was so helpful, and I trust it will be helpful for you, as well! Once I added in my daily gratitude practice, intention setting, and reflection, I discovered I had crafted myself a delightful way to keep track of my days, and honor myself and my commitments to my own growth. ✨About the Journal✨ The Tend the Temple Journal is a digital PDF that is yours to download, print, bind, scribble in, re-print, and use forever. It contains 41 pages, including 31 daily pages for a month of journaling, though of course, you may print as many of those pages as you prefer! I print my personal journal 90 days at a time, but you could print 365 if you'd like! You will find a Note from me, and 8 pages of guides and prompts to help you determine exactly how you'd like to show up for yourself in each of the commitments.
